1. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Jumper Quest: Hero Adventure for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible mobile devices.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including graphics, artwork, character designs (Gex Gecko, Hopper Bunny, Rex Dino, etc.), sound effects, BGM music, code, trademarks, and branding — remain the exclusive property of the developer. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software or tools to alter game scoring or currency.
Attempt to decompile, dissemble, or extract source code from the mobile application package.
Interfere with ad serving or bypass publisher security standards such as app-ads.txt.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
